At All-Peace we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases and won’t have to return. However we understand how tricky online shopping can be so here is our return policy.
● We will gladly accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags and hygienic liners attached for either a refund, or store credit. All return requests must be made within 15 days after the date of delivery. To request a return, please use our Returns Portal
● Need a different size, or color? We’ve got you! Exchanges are 100% on us! (UK customers only)

● Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any stains or odors (such as perfume). All swimwear must be tried on wearing undergarments. If item/s are returned despite these conditions your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge.
● We can only process a refund back to the original payment method, and we do not refund any shipping fees. Any redelivery shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
● Your refund would be processed within 5-10 working days of receiving the item (this depends on your bank)
● We advise against using carriers such as FEDEX, UPS, TNT and DHL as they add surcharges without prior notice
● We recommend that you use assigned-for service. For international returns, please ensure that you mark your package as ‘Returned Goods’ otherwise you would have to pay for all customs duties and taxes. We will not cover any additional return custom charges and you will need to contact your courier to resolve this.

● No Exchanges or Returns will be Accepted on Sale Items
Hygiene and our customers’ safety is super important, so certain items can’t be returned for refunds including:

None of this affects your statutory rights. All items are inspected on return.
